The costing with regards to permanent recruitment is based on either a flat fee principle or a percentage based principle dependent on the needs of the business.
Please note that we work on a 15% placement fee as a set rule for ordinary perm placements. Where we offer payment terms for our smaller Clients we do increase the placement fee by 2% due to the nature and risk of the transaction. This placement fee is calculated as a percentage (%) on the total annual salary.
