Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers.
- Present Fibre packages to prospective customers
- Address customer inquiries and objections effectively and convert into sales
- Sales Conversion:
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Leverage your one year or more of outbound telesales experience to drive results.
- Immediate Availability:
- Candidates must be available immediately to join our team.
- Candidates must have a clear crim record.
- If you haven’t heard from us within a week, unfortunately, you haven’t made the shortlist.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (high school diploma) as a minimum educational requirement.
- At least one year of successful outbound telesales experience.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
