Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to potential customers using a prepared sales script.
• Identify potential customers through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
• Persuade potential customers by explaining the benefits of vehicle tracking devices and closing sales effectively.
• Build rapport with customers, handle objections professionally, and provide accurate product information.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Accurately record customer interactions, update the CRM system, and track sales performance.
• Conduct follow-up calls with interested customers to ensure conversions and maintain relationships.

Requirements:

• Matric / Equivalant.
• 1-2 years of outbound sales experience in a call center, preferably in vehicle tracking, tech, or automotive sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to handle objections and turn leads into loyal customers.
• Comfortable using CRM software, call center tools, and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive in a fast-paced sales environment.
